Rustomjee is inviting applications for its Chairman’s Office Trainee Program, an immersive opportunity for young Parsi graduates and postgraduates to work closely with senior leadership, gain real hands-on exposure, and contribute to strategic and cross-functional initiatives from within the Chairman’s own office.
As a trainee, you’ll support key strategic and cross-functional projects, work directly with senior leadership, assist with research, analysis, and business initiatives, and learn through genuine hands-on exposure and mentorship rather than sitting on the sidelines.
Rustomjee is looking for graduates or postgraduates from any specialisation who are curious, proactive, and eager to learn, with strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the adaptability to be quick on the uptake. The program runs as a 3-6 month immersive training period to start, and strong performers are fast-tracked into a full-time role.
