Invite you to

“THE ZOROASTRIAN PANORAMA”

An exhibition

On

the History of the Zoroastrian Kings of Iran, from the Peshdadian era  upto the journey of the Parsee Zoroastrians to India, and their stay in India.

 

Also covering

The Rites and Rituals of the Parsee Zoroastrians

And

the Shahnameh, the epic of Firdausi Toosi of Persia.

At the Albless Baug, Girgaum, Mumbai,

On

20th, 21st, 22nd, and 23rd of April, 2011.

The exhibition timings are from  6 pm to 8 pm on the opening day, i.e. 20th april,2011.

Inauguration by vada dasturji peshotan mirza, release of special brochure on silloo mahava,on the first day.

Its open from 11 am to 8 pm on 21st,22nd and 23rd april. There will be screenings of the teleserial "humata, hukhta, hvarshta", and performances by young talented artistes every evening.

The closing ceremony on 23rd april will be followed by a sit-down parsee dinner.

There will also be stalls available for selling home-made items, handicrafts, etc. for dinner coupons and stalls, contact 22000831, 65069313.

    yes. its open to all..in fact, we get lots of non-parsees, esp as we have models of an agiary and dokhma.
