Around 2003, Mr Mistry also ventured into real-estate with a luxury residential 21-Storey tower. Talking about this, he said, “I worked passionately on creating a landmark structure to enthuse the next-gen Zoroastrians and make them feel proud of their legacy. After great efforts and research, we finally designed and built Della Tower – A vertical rendition of the Palace of Persepolis. The building in the heart of Dadar Parsi Colony with its Dadgah Saheb is my contribution, as an Architect/ Designer, to my community.”

Mr Jimmy Mistry and his ventures under the Della Group continue to make a mark. And talking about this entire journey, as well as the future plans of his ventures, he said, “We have been working for the past 5 years relentlessly to set up India’s Largest Luxury Interior Store displaying pin-to-piano of interior products for Homes, Offices and Hotels. We have created a 50,000 sq.ft.
