V. Victoria Shroff is humbled and grateful to be appointed K.C., King’s Counsel, for her contributions to the legal profession.  Being recognized with the KC designation is a tremendous honour and milestone for Shroff personally and for the practice of animal law.  She is likely the 1st animal law lawyer to receive this appointment. Only 7% of practicing B.C. lawyers can be awarded the King’s counsel designation at any time. Shroff is the second lawyer in her family to be appointed KC following her father’s appointment some 25 years ago.
