This news is from Vadodara.The Parsi youth Association called BUZY under the support of Vadodara Parsee panchayat had organized three days program for the Parsee families in Vadodara.
The first day day celebration was on 15th Aug. A volley ball match between Parsi Panchayat and the BUZY team (separate for men & women) was organized,Four corners and musical arms was also organized followed by a dinner.
The second day celebration was on 17th Aug.We had a Fancy dress competition for kids bet age group of 5 to 8 & 9 to 14 years,Sand wick competition with any type of filing which was made strictly at home only and Antakshari competition for 12 years and above followed by a dinner and dance with excellent music with D3.
The third day celebration was on 24 Aug (Khordadsal).We had Painting competition for kids between the age group of 6 to 9 and 10 to 14 years.Game one minute for all above 15 years of age followed by a housie game and Raffle draw.Contributory dinner was organized by Mrs Ruby Khajotia which was typical parsi food Curry Chaval and Marghi ma papeta.
The trustees of Vadodara had helped the BUZY group to set all the programmer right and all the sis of Vadodara had enjoyed all the three days.
